ACCA

The Advanced Composite Cargo Aircraft (ACCA) utilizes modern composite materials to demonstrate advances in the design of future cargo aircraft. During this US Air Force sponsored program, Aurora developed designs for a STOL military transport aircraft. To demonstrate our rapid prototyping capabilities and to reduce the technical risk associated with the large composite structures envisioned for the ACCA, Aurora’s team designed and built a Large Test Article (LTA) in less than 10 weeks.
